Marshallese Women’s Education and Health
Network

Meet the Team

Iakwe! We are a group of Marshallese women in Oregon and Washington, dedicated to lifelong learning, education of all kinds, and to learning everything we can do for better health—for ourselves, for our families, and beyond.  We know that women can make transformative changes in themselves and their communities.  By working together and helping each other, we can change our world.  Come and join us!

  • To help foster better health practices and information to the Marshallese community;

  • To encourage healthier nutrition standards in Marshallese diet;

  • To open up educational pathways for Marshallese women;

  • To promote useful health and education information and practices for individuals, family, and community;
